Shipping to the United States
We ship to all 50 states; Washington DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.
Shipping and Handling Rates
We offer standard(3-10 business days) and expedited(2-3 business days) shipping and the charges differ by shipping addresses. Shipping and handling charges are per
shipping address.
Store Pickup
You can choose to pick up your order at Bethel Church Cafe - QT pickup desk without shipping and handling charge. Store Pickup is only on Sunday from 8:45am to 1:00pm. If you need to pick up during weekdays, please let us know via email qtm@bkc.org.
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been placed, and an e-mail will be sent once the order is shipped/ ready for pickup. Please provide your pickup notification e-mail when you pick up your order.
Return
We DO NOT accept any returns due to change of mind, but will gladly re-send you another book only if the book is defective.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we can not exchange QT books because of change of mind, but will gladly re-send you another book only if the book is defective.
